Me and my eldest daughter Lauren, had the pleasure of training with the 2 time One Championship World champion Jonathan Haggerty in Cambridge, it was a really warm day, but a great day all round training with someone so talented and experienced.
Jonathan “The General” Haggerty is an elite British professional Muay Thai fighter and kickboxer currently signed to ONE Championship, where he reigns as the ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Champion. Known for his world-class technical striking and supreme fight IQ, the 29-year-old Londoner is highly regarded as one of the greatest pound-for-pound strikers on the planet.
I definitely learnt a few things and can’t wait to share these in the club.
