Class schedule
We run mixed-age classes that welcome individuals and families alike in both Marlborough and Tidworth. Whether you’re completely new or returning to training, our sessions are designed to suit all levels. Below, you’ll find our full class timetable, as well as maps and directions to each of our training venues—so you know exactly when and where to find us.

Our sessions run according to the schedule below. Please note that Sunday classes do not take place on bank holiday weekends. We also take a short break over Christmas and New Year, with exact dates announced nearer the time.

LOCATIONS
All our sessions are held at the Marlborough and Tidworth Leisure Centres, including any 1:1 training. You can find the details and directions to each of the leisure centres below. For questions about facilities, opening hours, or accessibility, you’re welcome to contact the leisure centres directly. Please note that you don’t need to be a leisure centre member to train with us.
