Another opportunity to train with a legend in the martial arts world, and this time it was Bob Spour, a highly prominent British martial arts instructor, author, and referee best known for his lifelong expertise in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and self-protection systems.
Bob Spour is a pioneering figure in the dissemination of Muay Thai throughout the United Kingdom and Europe, having dedicated several decades to training both in the UK and directly in Thailand.
This was another great seminar and loads of takeaways and things I never knew before attending, and Bob is such a great guy and martial artist, I am glad I didn’t miss this one.
