I was fortunate enough to attend a seminar hosted by Grand Master Den Butler, who is a highly esteemed martial artist known for his contributions to Japanese Ju-Jitsu and Shotokan Karate. Now holding a 10th Dan black belt, he is a prominent figure in the martial arts community, primarily associated with the development of self-defence systems and instructing notable martial artists.
This was such an interesting and technical seminar, and I certainly learned loads from my time there. It was certainly an honour to have trained with someone with so many years experience and knowledge, who was so happy to share so much with the group.
